Dr. Mazlin Mohamed Mokhtar is the Director (AKAR) and Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Languages and Communication. She is a certified translator and proofreader at the Professional Translation Centre in UPSI, as well as a certified TOEFL Primary and Junior Teacher. She had also written 4 books for Oxford Fajar and UPSI Press; and journals in the Elsevier, EJHR, AWEJ (WOS), UJER (Scopus), TEFLIN (Scopus). She is also part of the Editorial Board for AJELP, PERSPEKTIF, IJEISR & JPPKK Journal.
