Dr. Noor Asmina Mohd Rashid is a senior lecturer and academic in the field of Instructional Technology, with expertise in instructional design, digital learning material development, and technology-driven teaching and learning innovation. She is actively involved in online course development and open and distance learning (ODL) initiatives. Her academic and research focus includes instructional innovation, effective learning design, and digital transformation in education.
