Biography

Pensyarah di Fakulti Sains Kemanusiaan, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). Beliau juga merupakan penyelidik dan pengamal praktis dalam bidang pembangunan komuniti dan pernah terlibat memberi latihan kepada pekerja komuniti dan pakar rujuk penilaian projek. Beliau juga telah dilantik sebagai Timbalan Pengerusi Pertubuhan Perancangan dan Pembangunan Komuniti Malaysia (MyCDA) pada tahun 2021. Kemahiran merangkumi penyelidikan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dan projek pembangunan komuniti.
