Biography

Associate Professor Dr Mohd Faizal Basri is the Head of Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Management and Economics, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Malaysia. He served as a Visiting Associate Professor of Politics and International Studies, at the University of Warwick, UK. He holds a PhD in Islamic Finance from Durham University, UK. Dr Mohd Faizal worked for AmBank (M) Berhad for several years in his early career. He was a lecturer at UiTM before joining UPSI.
